Online Photography Classes
Photography is the art of recreating pictures of people, objects or locations in their specific similarity. These images can be transferred on any photosensitive product. Photography consists of taking and printing pictures.
The backbone of photography is the electronic camera, the instrument or gadget that works on the concept of optics. The camera and photographic techniques have undergone extraordinary changes because the time the very first electronic camera was made.
Then the scientists found the quality of silver nitrate that changes its color when exposed to light. This was the beginning of photogram, a technique of making permanent images.
They would put items on the paper dipped in silver nitrate and expose it to the sunshine. After sometime the area covered under the object remained white while the remainder of the area turned black. The image formed was momentary, so the technique did not last long.
Over the centuries, the principles, the approach and the product used in photography went through numerous modifications. After try out different techniques like Daguerre and calotype process, lastly collodion, or the damp plate method was universally accepted.
Modern photography has provided a totally new meaning to the whole perception of life and personal privacy. Photography has made it possible to record and maintain unique minutes, in personal and in public life.
With the significant technological advances in the art of photography, it is no more just fun and romp but has actually acquired the dimensions of a full-fledged profession. Photography has lots of branches and types, such as:

CLASS DESCRIPTION
Composition in the Field – 3 hours – $99
Each Composition in the Field photography class begins with a talk with one of our experienced instructors, and then you and your fellow students take a stroll through one of a variety of photogenic locales (in any of the 20+ cities the DPC encapsulates). There is street photography, magnificent interiors, farmers markets, zoos, landscapes, and more, photos of which are included within. These photos are a mix of student and instructor images in many different venues and cities across the United States and Canada.
You will have fun in the three hour session, learn to shoot strategically, get more interesting photos of the event, and walk away with a foundation to improve your photographs in the future, whether you’re traveling, or at a birthday party and everywhere in between.
Please note – if a class must be cancelled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control we will be happy to work with you to reschedule. If you should need to cancel and require a new class date, contact us. A $25 transfer fee will be imposed without a 3 day notice before the scheduled class.
